Choice follows the changing fortunes of an imperious English merchant
who struggles irascibly as one of his strong-willed daughters, long
forced to work in his boot shop, takes her life into her own hands by
making a surprising romantic choice. This forces an inevitable and
hilarious confrontation. Atlantic is pleased to be giving this classic
gem its first major New York revival in many years.
